This tutorial is made in PSP X2, but in early versions easy te make.

Materials

1 Open a new image 650 X 450 pixels.

2 Fill the image with the color: #490514.

3 Layers - new raster layer.

4 Selections – select all.

5 Open the tube with the landscape, copy and paste into selection.

6 Put the blend mode of this layer on: Luminance (legacy) and the opacity on 50%.

7 Layers - new raster layer.

8 Fill this layer with the color: #971331.

9 Layers - load/save mask - load mask from disk with these settings:

10 Layers - merge - merge group.

11 Adjust - Sharpness - sharpen.

12 Image - picture frame with these settings:

13 Open your magic wand with these settings:

Mode: Add

Match Code: Color

Tolerance: 0

Contiguous: Checked

Feather: 0

Anti Alias: Checked.

Out Side,

Select now both of the white edges.

14 Fill the selected edges with the color: #f7bfcc.

15 Effects – texture effects – blinds with these settings:

16 Selections – select none.

17 Duplicate the layer with the picture frame in your layer palette.

18 Image - resize - 65% - bicubic - all layers unchecked.

19 activate the originel layer with the picture frame.

20 Effects - image effects - seamless tiling with these settings:

21 Activate the upper layer.

22 Click in the middle of the picture frame.

23 Activate again the layer below and click onces on the delete key.

24 Selections - select none.

25 Activate the upper layer again.

26 Open the tube with the swans, copy and paste as new layer.

27 Image - resize - 75% - bicubic - all layers unchecked.

28 Layers - merge - merge all.

29 Select with the magic wand (settings as step 13) the four white corners

30 Fill the selected corners  with the color: #f7bfcc.

31 Effects – texture effects – blinds with the same settings as step 15.

32 Selections - select none.

33 Open the tube with the ballerina, copy and paste as new layer.

35 Effects – 3D effects – drop shadow with these settings:

36 Move the ballerina down and to the right as close against the edge as possible.

37 Duplicate this layer in your layer-palette.

38 Image - mirror.

39 Image - add borders - 2 pixels - color: #490514 - symmetric.

40 Layers - new rasterlayer.

41 Open your text-tool with these settings:

Foreground color: #490514

Background color: #ffdcdc

Font: Tension

Size: 60 pixels

Bold: Checked

Stroke width: 0

Create as: floating

Type: The Swan Lake

42 Selections – select none.

43 Move the text up and to the middle. (see example)

44 Effects - distortion effects - wind with these settings:

Wind direction: van links.

Wind strenght: 100.

45 Duplicate this layer in your layer-palette.

46 Image - mirror.

47 Layers - new rasterlayer.

48 Open again your text-tool but change:

Stroke Width from 0 to 1.

49 Put the same text again and move to the same spot as step 40.

50 Selections – select none.

51 Effects – 3D effects – drop shadow with these settings:

52 Layers - merge  - merge all

53 Now only your water-mark and
