This tutorial is made in PSP X and I used the plug-in super blade pro HERE

Place chroomlijst.q5q and the bmp imgae in the map environments and textures van Super Blade Pro.

Place the mask Starburst in the map mask from PSP.

1 Open the image “Goddess”.

2 Image – resize – 75% - Bicubic - all layers.

3 Image – add borders – 5 pixels – white – symmetric.

4 Select the border with your magic wand – tolerance and feather 0

5 Effects – plug-ins – Fleaming Pear – Super Blade Pro.

Click on the cd and search for Chroomlijst.

6 Selections – select none.

7 Image – add borders – 15 pixels – #d0e5f3 – symmetric.

8 Select the border with your magic wand – tolerance and feather 0.

9 Effects – 3D effects – inner bevel with these settings :

 

10 Image – add borders – 5 pixels – white – symmetric.

11 Select the border with your magic wand – tolerance and feather 0

12 Effects – plug-ins – Fleaming Pear – Super Blade Pro with the same settings as before.

13 Selections – select none.

 

14 Image– add borders – 20 pixels – white – symmetric.

15 Select the border with your magic wand – tolerance and feather 0.

16 Set your foreground colour on Pattern and search for Halloweenframe –

Angle – 90 and Scale 100 – fill the selection with it.

17 Selections – select none.

 

18 Image – add borders – 5 pixels – white – symmetric.

19 Select the border with your magic wand – tolerance and feather 0

20 Effects – plug-ins – Fleaming Pear – Super Blade Pro with the same settings as before

21 Selections – select none.

22 Image – add borders – 15 pixels – #d0e5f3 – symmetric.

23 Select the border with your magic wand – tolerance and feather 0.

24 Effects – 3D effects – inner bevel with the same settings  as before. (point 9)

 

25 Image – add borders – 5 pixels – white – symmetric.

26 Select the border with your magic wand – tolerance and feather 0

27 Effects – plug-ins – Fleaming Pear – Super Blade Pro with the same settings as before

28 Selections – select none.

 

29 Image – add borders – 25 pixels – white – symmetric.

30 Select the border with your magic wand – tolerance and feather 0.

31 Fill the border with the pattern “Halloweenframe”

32 Layers – new raster layer.

33 Fill now the selection with the colour  #d0e5f3.

34 Layers – Load/Save mask – Load mask from disk.

 

35 Selections – select none.

36 Layers – merge – merge all.

37 Repeats point 18 till point 28.

 

38 Image– add borders – 20 pixels – white – symmetric.

39 Select the border with your magic wand – tolerance and feather 0.

40 Set your foreground colour on Pattern and search for Halloweenframe –

Angle – 90 and Scale 100 – fill the selection with it.

41 Selections – select none.

 

42 Repeats point 18 till point 28.

43 Image – add borders – 2 pixels – black – symmetric.

44 Image – resize – 79% - bicubic – all layers.

45 Open now the tube of the corner, copy and paste as new layer.

46 Move the corner above in the left corner. (see example)

47 In your layer palette duplicate this layer, place this corner down to the right (see example)

48 Put your background layer  invisible (eye)

49 Layers – merge – merge visible.

50 Put your background layer visible.

51 The layer with the corners duplicate – image – mirror.

52 Duplicate again – image – flip.

53 Duplicate – image – mirror.

54 Layers – merge – merge all.

55 Put your water mark on it and if you want resize.
